Cancellation

- Cancellations more than 60 days before departure: deposit may be retained
- Cancellations 30-60 days before departure: 50% of total cost may be charged
- Cancellations less than 30 days before departure: full cost may be charged
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.
Our Responsibilities
trichconve acts as an organiser and facilitator of travel experiences. We select accommodation providers, guides, and activity operators with care but cannot accept liability for:
- Acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party suppliers
- Weather conditions or natural events affecting journeys
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Personal injury or property damage unless caused by our negligence
Your Responsibilities
By booking with us, you agree to:

- Ensure you are physically capable of participating in chosen activities
- Follow instructions from guides and staff
- Behave responsibly and respect local communities and environments
- Have appropriate travel insurance in place
